This postdoctoral project involves developing a simplified, modular LCA tool based on the results of previous projects. The aim is to capitalize on methodological developments in a format that can be easily transferred to other field users. The project will be based on the Python language, which has seen the emergence of a structure specifically dedicated to LCA (Brightway2). The tool will be offered in the spirit of open source code to validate reproducibility, and will aim to automate the structured sub-categorization/probabilistic sorting approach and integrate prioritization results from the inventory of present and future building typologies. Ultimately, the aim is to enable future users to use the approach on their own buildings, or to use the prioritization by default obtained from the work on reference typologies in an ecodesign context.
